The Israeli Mandatory Bidding Regulations (Mandatory Industrial Cooperation) of 2007, apply to government offices, government companies, public procuring entities, municipal companies and health care providers.
Foreign Suppliers are required to engage in an offset and industrial cooperation in Israel. This requirement applies to all contracts that are expected to exceed five million dollars, with or without a tender.
